Day 3 & 4
Ok so yesterday I didn't do so well. I ran out of time to exercise and I ran over my points on weightwatchers. But today is a new day, I got up this morning to do my C25k. I couldn't believe the impact one day of exercise can make, Tues when I did my 30 sec. jogs I didn't get as tired and out of breath, and I actually wanted to jog. Something about those 30 sec. increments is very relaxing and freeing. I can't wait till I'm able to just go out and run. So far today I'm keeping to my points so I think yesterday was just a bad day. Here's to an even better day tomorrow.
