Week 4

Wow I can’t believe I’m already on Week 4. Last week I didn’t do so well, I didn’t eat right most of the week so surprise, surprise I gained a pound. This Monday I managed to jog for a total of 15 minutes and one of the jogs was 5 whole minutes. That may not sound like a lot but for me it’s the best I’ve done so far. Yesterday I went out hiking with a friend and we had an AWESOME day. We went up to Bald River Falls which is near Tellico. We hiked, played in the falls, talked, and had a picnic. I wore my newest hiking skirt managed to not rip it. I only fell and go hurt once but it’s just a bruise on my ankle. We had Cracker Barrel for breakfast and macaroni salad for lunch, followed by berry cobbler for supper. I loved swimming in a skirt seriously every girl should try it at least once. Anyway, so now I’m back to work for the next four days but I’m loving the overtime I’m getting this paycheck. Thanks for reading.
